Opening the door and allow her to walk in ahead of you
Taking you hat off inside
Walking on the outside of the woman when walking on the street
  -In case poop flys out a car window
Offering your jacket to a chilly woman
Should you walk in on her naked by accident, look away immediately and apologize
Offer to pay if your able to
Claim and support your children
When at dinner, stand when a lady stands
Pull out her chair
Dress to impress

When sitting at a restaurant, the woman should be seated in such a way that she can look out into the restaurant and the man should sit so that his attention only lie on her.

DO NOT:  Spit, lose your temper, or interrupt
Everything has a time and a place.

If you are doing it correctly you should see gratitude from your encounters, even if it is just a smile.

Whale Watching

So I bought a trip with my friend to go on a 4 hour boat ride in the channel islands. Once we were on the boat they mentioned that the best time to come was in December. WOW!

Did I see any whales on my trip you ask?
NO!

It shoulda been called Marine Bird Watching with Dolphin sitings. HA!

Seeing dolphins was cool. There was a pack of them swimming all around and the baby's swam right up against the mothers.
They took us to this island and we went all around it. It was nice to hear the history and all but we still didn't see any whales. There were some sea lions and again some birds.

                   

As you can see it was a cold and gloomy day out at sea. We had come from 90 degree weather and I did not dress for the ocassion.

I do tend to get motion sickness and in this case I got sea sick. The good news is I always feel better after I throw up. AWESOME! Then we got to eat lunch which was just half a sandwich and some pasta salad. They had watermelon which I hate so didn't get that.

Since I do get sick I don't think it will be worth doing it again. Maybe with time I will feel differently but Ive gotten sick on other excursions as well. Even just kayaking makes me sick. GOSHNESS

Seriously if your actions are questionable then there is no question as to if your cheating. This can be with anything in life.

Things you can cheat on:
Tests, License Exams, Diets, Best Friends, and the one you all thought I was talking about .... Significant Other.

Dun Dun Dun ... If you have ever felt guilty then you are. Plain and simple. Even if no one caught you, you are wrong. Fix it right now.

Colorado Theater Shooting

Can you imagine being in a movie theatre and having someone randomly start shooting?
OMG NO!
Well it happened at the Friday midnight showing of the new Batman. Do you think that movie is cursed now? I'm just saying from what happened to Heath Ledger in 2008.
Who in their right mind thinks about that? Well I'm sure were thinking about it now...
I know everyone is wondering where the heck this guy got his motive to do such a thing. To my knowledge we don't know yet.  I read something that made it seem like his mother automatically knew it was him.
What is wrong with parents who see something wrong with their children and don't do anything?

Its those smart quiet people you have to worry about. Do they just feel like out casts so they have to ruin other peoples lives? Do you think he was bored and just came up with this idea just to see if he could get away with it? Well if it is the guy they caught in the parking lot, he didn't get away. He did however manage to kill 12 people and injure many more. What does he get out of that? Gross!

My friend thought maybe they would begin putting detectors in the theatres now, if they do, they need to do it at the exits because that's how he got in! Mortifying!

I like how something bad happens then we take extra precaution, after the fact. If someone wants to do something, they are going to do it and they will figure out a way. How about they just ban movies and video games that have been proven to influence these disasters. Kids wont know the difference if they never knew it was there in the first place.

Breakfast

Have you ever gotten sick of eating the same thing every morning?
For a while I was eating oatmeal then I got so sick of it, I wont eat it anymore.
Now I eat plain fat free yogurt and add gluten free granola, flax seed and whey protein to it. I like the combination and have yet to not want to eat it.

I read in a book for metabolism that you should jump start your day with protein. I dont know how much I get in this combination but I feel just fine. Its not a very big portion so if I get hungry before lunch then I will eat fruit and the almonds. These almonds are plain, when I had the salted ones they went really fast. Salt makes things taste so good, I keep control over it because it cant be good for you in excess. I wonder if you can have an addiction to salt?

Soda Review

Let me just say I try not to drink soda. Sometimes you just cant help it though!
Today I was given the new Pepsi Paradise Mango.
In my personal opinion they should not have made that combination. I realize everyone has different taste buds but 3 other people did not like it either. My friend Coleen said it tasted similar to the Green Skittle. I'm not sure what that one tastes like but it must not be the best one!

I took one sip and was done with it. I feel that it had a very artificial taste to it. It says on the can that it has less sugar. Most of the time I don't like things that say diet because I can taste the fake sugar and its not a satisfying taste. Yuck!

I find it funny that they will still make money because people will buy it just to try it weather they like it or not. Oh the way the world turns ...
